Perennials and Groundcover

Perennials grow and bloom from spring to fall. They go dormant and hibernate in the winter returning in the spring. The flowers may not be as showy as annuals, but you do not have to replant them every spring.

Groundcovers are a low growing perennial that provide coverage of bare ground requiring minimal maintenance. They are also used for erosion and drought control.
